1. Service Overview

Zyrio provides a QR-based ordering and billing system for cafés and restaurants. The service includes a digital menu, order management, and billing features.

2. Subscription & Pricing

• Zyrio is offered on a subscription basis.
• A one-time setup and training fee may apply.
• Subscription fees are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed.
• Prices may change in the future with prior notice.

3. Service Availability

We aim to keep the service available at all times, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, internet issues, or third-party service outages.

4. User Responsibilities

By using Zyrio, you agree:

• To provide accurate information during setup and demo requests
• Not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the system
• To use the software only for lawful restaurant operations

5. Data Ownership

All menu data, orders, and restaurant-related information belong to the restaurant owner. Zyrio does not claim ownership of your business data.

6. Limitation of Liability

Zyrio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, revenue, or data, arising from the use or inability to use the service.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.

8. Changes to the Service

Features may evolve over time to improve performance and reliability. We may add, modify, or remove features without prior notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
